• 4+ years of experience in cable harness assembly or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cable harness assembly processes and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed planning documents and manufacturing procedures.
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment, such as crimpers and soldering irons
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
