The Program Manager will lead major assignments and high-impact tasks. This role requires expertise across multiple projects, evaluation of performance, and implementation of strategic improvements.Duties and responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of Order Level Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).
  • Plan and lead major project assignments.
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Supervise project staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of program management or leadership experience.
  • Expertise across multiple complex projects and tasks.
  • Ability to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
  • Must comply with DoD 8140 and Defense Cyber Workforce (DCWF) requirements prior to assuming duties.
Location: Tyndall AFB
Compensation: Negotiable depending on experience and candidate qualifications
