- Supporting the development of skill gap models and performing workforce assessments
- Conducting current state organizational and human capital process analyses, gap analyses, future state visioning
- Preparing for and supporting both internal and external stakeholder discussions
- Supporting the development of reports and presentations summarizing the outcome of assessments, including visualizing findings
- Supporting organization and facilitation of client meetings, including scheduling, drafting and delivering agendas, providing and archiving required documentation, and documenting, tracking, and following up on action items
- Stakeholder analysis, liaising between technical and non-technical audiences, research of workforce trends, HR transformation, business process improvement, I/O survey design and analysis, analytics, organization transformation or design, strategic communications, and/or project management support
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational psychology, Organizational Behavior, or other behavioral science disciplines
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant paid work experience focused on workforce skill gap models, skill gap analysis or other forms of workforce analysis
- Ability to work onsite at client location(s)
- Ability to travel as needed
- An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance; or higher
- DOD or Navy work experience focused on workforce skill gap models, skill gap analysis or other forms of workforce analysis
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder analysis, liaising between technical and non-technical audiences, research of workforce trends, HR transformation, business process improvement, I/O survey design and analysis, analytics, organization transformation or design, strategic communications, and/or project management support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
- Experience managing a technical program
- Experience consulting for the federal government
- Understanding of DOD Financial Management policies and processes
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships
