Duration:4 + MonthsPay Range:$55- $60IntroductionJoin our dynamic team as a key member of the IT Service Delivery West Coast End-User Support team. This role involves supporting a mixed network environment and meeting the needs of business users with a focus on software, peripheral equipment, and documentation practices. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support as the primary point of contact
- Legacy Active Directory support; add new systems to the network; unlock/reset user account passwords
- Conduct hardware installations, equipment moves, BIOS patches, and hardware troubleshooting
- Monitor network availability and troubleshoot connectivity issues using tools like Netscout network analyzer
- Administer and troubleshoot ZOOM VOIP phone systems, including programming extension changes and deploying new services
- Install and deploy licensed software on workstations; ensure compliance with software asset management policies
- Provision user workstations using documented processes, including deploying system imaging tools and managing inventory
- Ensure user workstations are up-to-date with security patches and virus/spam protection
- Maintain printers and coordinate with vendors for repairs; configure new print queues and printers
- Manage corporate mobile devices and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in daily huddles to address user issues and improve response times
- Ensure compliance with IT Asset Management processes to support certifications and controls
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or 4 years of relevant experience
- A+ Certification and knowledge of PC Architecture
- 2 years of network technical troubleshooting in a corporate wide area network environment
- 4 years of experience deploying end-user hardware, laptops, and desktops via automated provisioning solutions
- Experience supporting MS Teams, ZOOM Meetings, and ZOOM Administration
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of supporting MS Teams, ZOOM Meetings, and ZOOM Administration
