- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
- Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Prepare estimates and run self perform concrete, carpentry and demolition
- Knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and practices
- Experience with concrete work
- At least two years of experience running and estimating work
- A polished personality when interfacing with clients
- Civil or structural engineering background
- Experience with carpentry and demoltion work
