The Private Duty LPN will provide one-on-one care to a patient in his home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care. This patient requires G-Tube and Wheelchair assistance.Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

- Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Administering and managing G-tube feedings and medications according to the patient's care plan.
- Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
