We’re looking for a Lead Site Superintendent / Field Project Manager to take the reins on multiple construction sites. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, not a typical office job! The ideal candidate is going to be an expert in the field for our team! We want this PM to problem solve, give us advice on best practices, drive execution, manage logistics, coordinate with subcontractors, and troubleshoot challenges in real time. You’ll lead the charge on-site, ensuring every detail aligns with the project vision, on time, on budget, and up to code. You'll set the tone and pace for every crew member, contractor, and partner you work with. Compensation • Salary $120,000 - $130,000 OTE • Large Base Salary • Bonus Opportunities • Health Stipend • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day on-site activities for residential, commercial, and adaptive reuse projects • Lead the renovation of a historic church into a modern community asset • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and material logistics • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant jobsite • Build scopes of work and change orders as needed, quickly and accurately • Monitor and manage project costs, schedules, and quality control • Enforce and interpret all relevant building, zoning, and energy efficiency codes • Keep contracts and insurance certificates up to date and accessible • Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints confidently • Communicate daily with internal leadership, clients, and project partners • Collaborate seamlessly with all levels, from field teams to company executives Qualifications: • 5+ years in site supervision or field project management • Positive, team-first attitude with strong ownership and energy; driven by purpose beyond the paycheck • Proven experience in both large and small construction projects • Hands-on ability, you lead from the front and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty • Organized and systems-oriented, able to maintain a clean site and tight documentation • Proficient with tools like Procore, Buildertrend, Google Workspace, and AI platforms • Familiarity with AIA contracts and draw request processes • Strong working knowledge of Philadelphia’s L&I process, Eclipse system, and permitting • Solid understanding of applicable building and zoning codes • Owns a reliable truck (pickup preferred); company vehicle negotiable for the right fit • Physically capable and active on-site • Bonus: Fluency or proficiency in Spanish, Albanian, Portuguese, or another language About Company: Silver Properties Investments LLC is a fast-growing real estate development firm rooted in Philadelphia, focused on delivering transformative projects that combine timeless design with smart functionality.
