  • Experience designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for dashboards and data pipelines
  • Strong skills in enhancing layout, readability, and visual appeal of Slate visualizations (or similar tools)
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and implement feedback from end-users and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and ensuring consistent design across products
  • Experience creating reusable templates, style guides, and design documentation
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners
  • Agile Developer Certification or Certified Scrum Developer Certification

The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 and goes up to $145,000, based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. This exciting position will have the chance to work on just about any aspect there is as it pertains designing and enhancing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for dashboards, data pipelines, and visualizations. This includes improving the layout and readability of Slate visualizations, implementing user feedback, ensuring accessibility and consistency across products, and developing reusable templates and style guides to support a cohesive user experience.Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements.
