Our service team will train you to help customers diagnose vehicle issues, recommend repairs and monitor progress. Once you have been trained, this job becomes a 4 Day Work Week! RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers, obtain information, record all vehicle issues and recommend maintenance.
Prepare an estimate for labor and parts.
Monitor vehicle progress and update/follow-up with customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Personal and professional integrity
Ignite/Reynolds computer experience a plus ++
