
Finance Manager

- Process and manage all financial management, including budget tracking, invoice processing, bank reconciliation and data entry
- Prepare and present annual financial statements and interim reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records within the association's database
- Provide or facilitate advanced analytical support on various projects
- Assist with special projects as needed, including research, data analysis, and report preparation
- Participate with the team providing support to the membership by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and servicing member's inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that finance related administrative processes are aligned with the association's goals
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by demonstrating a can-do attitude, being a self-starter, and showing a willingness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting practices and financial management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with accounting software (preferably QuickBooks)
- Proficiency with CRM/AMS a plus
