DescriptionJob Title: HR Sr Generalist: Information TechnologyYour RoleThe HR Sr Generalist is responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support to business leaders and associates. This role partners closely with leadership to drive talent strategies, foster a culture of belonging, and deliver HR solutions that support organizational priorities. Maximum Salary: $99,750.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsYour ExperienceBachelor's Degree: 3-5 years experience in Human Resources preferredHR experience that includes exposure to compensation, talent acquisition, associate relations and talent management practicesStrong relationship-building and communication (written and verbal) skillsProven ability to utilize internal workforce record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)Attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organization skillStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work with and manage confidential informationWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
