- Supports ongoing system and solution enhancements and develops solutions to increase business process efficiency.
- Collaborates and leads initiatives with responsibilities including process improvement, design and development, testing and validation, user training, and documentation.
- Engages and collaborates with external vendors and systems integrators.
- Configures and supports SAP Time Management module for time entry, approval & evaluation.
- Works with the development team to deliver reports, enhancements, forms, interfaces, IDOC/ALE integration.
- Works closely with the business to gather requirements, design solutions, test & train users and deploy solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma/equivalent plus a minimum of fourteen (14) years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as an SAP ERP Functional Analyst, with a focus on Time Management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Experience with HR / HCM systems, timekeeping, payroll systems, and ERP including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, AutoTime, and Jamis.
- Hands on experience with HR / HCM and Time/Payroll information systems.
- Experience capturing business requirements, developing solution designs, planning and conducting data migrations, information system harmonization, and portfolio shaping.
- Experience participating with PMO, business steering committee, or similar governance models.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation, and intrapersonal communication skills with a strong customer orientation.
- Should be good at troubleshooting and ability to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.
- Understand the integration of time management with other SAP applications, Time systems (Jamis, Autotime, etc.).
- Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
- SAP certification in Time Management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of integration points between Time Management and other SAP modules.
