
Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Team Leader (Broome County)

- Maintains and provides supervision of program staff.
- Implements Quality Improvement activities.
- Fiscal program oversight and budget development.
- Participates in Management and Administrative committees as assigned.
- Assures program record documentation is in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Ensures that CTI workers’ practice is consistent with the phase-specific activities and foci of the CTI GPD-CM model
- Works to create relationships with key providers in the community
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Qualified Health Professional (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, etc.) required.
- Minimum 3-5 years post licensure experience working with individuals who have mental health or co-occurring mental health substance use disorders required.
- Master’s Degree in a related human service field required.
- An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Experience working with people experiencing homelessness
