No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
No more than two (2) in any 12-month period

No DWI/DUI Convictions in the past (3) years
No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations in the past three (3) years.
1 allowed in the past 3 years: Speeding 15+, Reckless driving, following too close, Improper or erratic lane changes, driving a CMV without obtaining a CDL, driving a CMV without a CDL in possession, driving w/o proper class or endorsement for cargo being hauled, handheld.
Accidents: NO more than 2 preventable in the past 3 yrs, No preventable with serious violations, No DOT reportable preventable rear end, No rear ends resulting in a serious traffic violation, No Jackknifes, NO U Turns resulting in accidents, and Roll overs must be 3 yrs old.Felony: None in the past 7 years for sex, drugs, theft/fraud, or violence Never if-active on the sex offender registry, human trafficking or acts of terrorism convictions.
