- Hourly rate: $15.50-$19.20, based on experience
- First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, and bonus -$65,000 (approximate)
- Generate prospective customers through cold-calling and email to qualify leads with the ultimate goal of setting appointments.
- Gather sales lead intelligence about prospective customers and database management.
- Contact current customer base as assigned in order to generate up-sell or cross-selling opportunities for team members.
- Perform required documentation, updates, or corrections within the designated Salesforce system.
- Liaison with internal departments as it pertains to potential leads.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree Preferred)
- 1 year of experience in a combination of the following; lead generation, telemarketing, sales, and call center activity.
- Must have the ability to influence /persuade and be comfortable with cold calling and warm leads.
- Must have thorough communication skills with the ability to speak articulately and professionally on the phone to prospective customers.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills and a team player.
