- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executives.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for the executives; assessing and prioritizing incoming requests and inquiries, exercising judgement and discretion in handling requests and ensuring calendar is aligned with organization priorities.
- Prepare, review, and send communication/professional correspondence on behalf of the executives.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Conduct research and gather information to support executives in making informed decisions.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them, ensuring their efficiency and productivity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and retreats.
- Act as a point of contact for executives' direct reports, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Continuously improve and streamline administrative processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to successfully interact with all levels of the organization.
- Must be well-organized with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant in a startup or high growth company.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; efficient typing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Clearly reflect food safety and quality as part of the JP brand, when planning and executing projects, and while interacting with relevant external stakeholders.
