- Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
- Follow and promote The Terex Way Values
- Moving, stocking, receiving, and packing outbound warehouse merchandise
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and order acknowledgment
- Properly crate and protect materials using hand and power tool
- Work with Replacement Part orders, shipping instructions and regulations
- Understand types of fixtures to use for picking and moving each type of product
- Understand DOT rules and regulations for transport of all types of loads on highways
- Maintain clean work area and participate in 5s standards
- Troubleshoot basic issues and problems
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of manufacturing experience
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and 40-100 lbs with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and order acknowledgment.
- Basic computer skills
- Certified to drive a forklift or have the skills to obtain certification and perform maintenance checks each use
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in related fields preferred
- Prepare bills of lading and shipping reports
- Check off shipments and observe truck loading operations, bracing and securing of loads to insure safe arrival
- Interpret order acknowledgment as to ship loose bill of material
- Understand the procedure for chaining and securing the units to the trailer for safe and damage free transport to the end customer
- Be able to perform these duties in all types of weather
- Certified Welder preferred, but not required
