- Collaborate with product, data, tech, and marketing teams to build and maintain an integrated GenAI transformation roadmap, organizing work into horizons with clear milestones and outcomes.
- Define strategic objectives for GenAI initiatives, support business case development, and partner with Finance to measure efficiency gains and ROI.
- Collaborate with LOB transformation leads and process teams to identify pain points, prioritize capabilities, and track adoption metrics for last-mile success.
- Ensure collaboration across lines of business (LOBs), product, technology, and Data & Analytics teams to drive a cohesive and unified AI strategy for marketing.
- Prepare executive updates, craft compelling narratives, and streamline reporting across key initiatives such as workflow automation, content transformation, omni-channel personalization, and AI enablement.
- Facilitate steering committee forums to prioritize GenAI capabilities, and collaborate with change management teams to drive user adoption and effective stakeholder communication.
- Ensure up-to-date communications across the organization, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, achievements, and new developments in GenAI for marketing.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and best practices for marketing transformation.
- Champion agile ways of working, ensuring rapid iteration and continuous improvement across GenAI initiatives.
- Establish scalable frameworks for measuring and tracking efficiency, adoption, and business impact of GenAI solutions.
- Bring a consulting background to navigate ambiguous environments, drive clarity, and deliver actionable recommendations in complex, fast-evolving contexts.
- 5+ years of experience in martech, product, or AI-driven marketing transformation
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, product, engineering, computer science, or related field
- Deep expertise in product ops, marketing ops, martech/tech, data, and AI capabilities
- Proven track record of building transformation roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Ability to influence, drive collaboration, and engage with senior leadership
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Background in consulting, with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in complex environments
- MBA or equivalent
- Experience in a Product organization; well-versed in product ops and GenAI product development
- Experience in a Marketing organization; well-versed in marketing ops, channel execution, and AI-powered personalization
- Demonstrated success in driving change management and user adoption at scale
