  • 4–6+ years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years in Life Sciences or Healthcare consulting, commercial analytics, or pharma industry roles.
  • Proven client-facing leadership: ability to shape solutions, guide delivery, align stakeholders, and confidently influence senior executives.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and driving clarity in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
  • Intellectual curiosity, growth mindset, and a passion for making real-world impact in Life Sciences consulting.
