Direct and coordinate the administrative duties of the plant finance objectives. Responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining policies, programs and procedures as they apply to the Corporation, Division or Plan operation. Provides counsel on matters related to the Finance area as it applies to Plant activity.
Position RequirementsFollow-up security measures according to the area, activities and organizational structure.Correctly and accurately report the monthly financial records of INTEVA Mexican operations.Develop, create and strengthen internal controls at INTEVA Mexican operations.Monthly analyze and advise INTEVA management of potential cost performance issues or areas of needs improvement.Special financial analysis – as required.Development of Mexican Financial Staff.Assume responsibility and accountability regarding the effectiveness of the SGA including its environmental performance.Establish environmental policy and environmental objectivesEnsuring the integration of the SGA requirements in the organization's business processesEnsuring availability of resources for SGAEnsuring the achievement of resultsAssignment of responsibility and authority of the relevant roles that apply to their areas of responsibility.Develop annual budget for INTEVA Mexican operations.Promote continuous improvement.Ms Office, Plex, Travel System, Local SystemsAdvanced EnglishEducation Requirement College degree or eight years of experience . Advanced English
