So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeCNH is seeking a Central Manufacturing Quality Engineer to help lead our Customer Protection Inspection process within the manufacturing facility in Racine, WI. Primary focus for this lead is related to our Customer Protection Inspection procedure, ensuring the product is built to required “customer” specification prior to final shipment. Provide central manufacturing support to plant personnel.Key Responsibilities
  • Support of PCPA for both current assembly and new product launches.
  • PFMEA on-site support.
  • Share new/updated procedures with the plant personnel.
  • Provide ADPU data collection support in development of ongoing process.
  • Resource scheduling for plant CPI Inspectors.
  • Conducting inspections.
  • Data entry.
  • Summarizing information and share lessons learned.
Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years direct manufacturing quality experience.
