You will be first in line to get promoted soon to the newly created Brunswick Market Manager, when the office building is completed. ⚡ What You’ll Do:
  • Review project set-ups, job specs, and ensure readiness for crews.
  • Oversee active jobs across neighborhoods—manage workflow, people, progress, and performance.
  • Serve as the key link between field crews, schedulers, warehouse teams, and builders.
  • Coach crews through electrical roughs, trims, and walkthroughs—ensure quality and safety at every phase.
  • Conduct job site inspections, provide corrections lists, and keep work on pace with builder expectations.
  • Track job status in Bolt and report on issues, punch list completion, and project milestones.
  • Schedule, verify, and support successful hot checks.
  • Liaise regularly with builders, troubleshoot project obstacles, and ensure premium client service.
  • Step in with hands-on help on installs, troubleshooting, and materials takeoffs when needed.
  • Lead with safety-first mindset—model and enforce company-wide safety standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement with feedback to schedulers, market managers, and crews.
âś… What You Bring:
  • North Carolina Electrical License or reciprocity from another state (required).
  • 3+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience (or equivalent background).
  • Leadership experience in construction or field operations (bonus if you’ve managed teams).
  • High school diploma or GED; trade certifications or training a plus.
  • Solid communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to interpret blueprints and documentation.
  • Comfortable using project management tools and tech like Bolt.
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
