- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT incidents, escalating to senior engineer when necessary.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Assist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure uptime, security, and performance.
- Support remote users and mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
- Performs additional duties as requested
- 1–2 years of system administration experience, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Azure in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment preferred.
- Exposure to ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, LAN/WAN configurations, and related systems/software.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, VLAN configuration, and firewall NAT policies.
- Ability to manage and administer enterprise technology in a secure, compliant manner.
- Basic experience with Cisco switches and WLAN environments; Aruba WLAN experience preferred.
- Entry-level knowledge of VoIP technologies, with exposure to 3CX system administration and troubleshooting
