We are seeking an integration support engineer with superb problem-solving skills and a high drive to learn.Oracle's Construction & Engineering GBU product development organization builds and supports the best cloud solutions available for the construction industry. The Textura Payment Management (TPM) application provides a collaborative solution for managing construction invoicing and payment processes. TPM facilitates billions of dollars of B2B payments every month.We are seeking a Support Engineer on the TPM Integration team. Our team owns the mission critical systems that connect hundreds of customers to the TPM cloud application. You will join a fast-paced, high-profile development organization. In this role you will support Tier-2 escalations by investigating, analyzing and resolving integration issues. You will work with multiple teams to gather requirements, participate in troubleshooting sessions, propose, test and document solutions. In addition, you will support daily operations, including proactive monitoring, trend analysis, dashboard/report creation and configuration management. 100% remote position.Career Level - IC2Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier-2 incident support and triage of production issues
  • Provide on call / 24 x 7 support for Integration incident and system alerts
  • Proactively monitor application health, customer integration jobs and API requests
  • Proactively monitor integration with external partners and 3rd party systems
  • Provide testing and production deployment support for customer Implementations in collaboration with Implementation teams.
  • Manage system rules, configurations and settings
  • Identify possible production failure scenarios, create enhancements/problem tickets and communicate effectively with other groups
  • Analyze and profile integration issues to develop a trend analysis
  • Identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities
  • Build/configure system monitors and dashboards
  • Create ad hoc reports for internal and external users
  • Develop and support internal operational tools
  • Adhere to and enhance administrative, operational and technical policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Information Services is preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in either development or production support
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Knowledge of Unix shell scripting
  • Experience with Kibana and Elasticsearch
  • ITIL certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of OCI tech stack is preferred
  • Basic programming knowledge (SQL, Python, Java, etc.) is highly desired

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
