- Equipment Operation: Operate various types of power equipment to perform pick, pull, put away, and utility tasks that meet quality, accuracy, and productivity expectations.
- This requires operating equipment at various heights up to 40 FT in the air with/without merchandise, on/off pallets. Common power equipment utilized includes, but is not limited to, the use of stock pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and doubles.
- Technology: Key accurately and productively using PC's, hand-held computers, Radio frequency equipment or other such devices and learn area-specific functions within multiple systems (Warehouse systems and proprietary systems).
- Safety: Safely perform job functions while navigating down narrow aisles and operating at a high elevation, up to 40 feet, wearing a safety harness while equipment is in motion. Report all equipment failures, damages, and truck accidents as they occur. Provide feedback to the safety committee on environmental issues affecting safe equipment operation.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members from all areas to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, sharing feedback, ideas, and concerns.

- No Education or Experience Required.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
- Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
- Comfortable with high elevations.
- Willing & open to be cross trained in other areas of the facility, depending on volume (where applicable).
- Prolonged walking and standing up for the duration of scheduled shift (excluding breaks)
- Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment
- Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, and stooping
- Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50lbs
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Comfortable with heights while on power equipment raising self, equipment, and merchandise up to 40 ft in the air
- Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices to ensure safety while on warehouse floor
