Business Development Federal Capture Manager - Civilian public sector

• This position has up to 15% travel.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years' experience in capture management, ideally for professional services projects in the Civilian public sector.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to drive efforts to completion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and presentation skills to individuals and groups, internally and externally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to understand client outcomes, challenges, and co-create solutions in partnership with them
• Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Curious, problem solving, and open-minded approach to work
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

• Experience working with the VA, CMS, USDA, and HUD
• Resides in the DMV area
