We have a tight-knit, customer-focused group of professionals and we're looking for someone with curiosity, an eye for problem-solving, and mission driven approach to join our team. If you'd like to make a difference via healthcare, we'd like to meet you!The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to navigate technology. They will also have a customer service mindset. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify potential software solutions; monitoring application performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement or optimization. The ability to follow leads/questions and handle stakeholder/customer inquiries with sensitivity and professionalism is a must. Process improvement and project management experience are preferred but not required. What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, Information Technology, Business Administration or any other related field
Valid driver's license is required
Experience with commonly used healthcare systems (ERP, HIRS, Financial systems, contract systems, etc.) preferred
Process improvement experience or certification preferred
Project Management experience or certification preferred
Management of SaaS or Application experience preferred

Schedule: 1.0 FTE, exempt position.
