- Educate residential customers on how Verizon 5G enhances everyday connectivity, productivity, and entertainment
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored wireless solutions to meet those needs effectively through the sales cycle
- Complete all sales, upgrades, and service enrollments meeting compliance standards
- Track customer feedback to help improve service delivery and product offerings
- Attend local outreach efforts to promote Verizon’s presence and offering.
- Assist customers with onboarding, device setup, and understanding plan features
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust messaging and approach accordingly
- Support team training efforts by sharing insights and successful sales techniques.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies
- Previous experience in sales or any customer-facing role is a huge advantage
- Strong communication and people skills
- Well-organized and excellent at multitasking
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including some weekends and holidays
