Ensure documents are in the correct format for final submission.Act as Ecology administrator for any federal systems which allow an Ecology staff to manage system permissions and roles for Ecology fiscal and program staff. This allows fiscal staff to perform their duties to submit applications and financial reports, and program staff to submit progress reports and perform related actions to manage their assigned grants.Update Ecology's System for Award Management account to maintain active registration.Manage the shared federal grant mailbox, including forwarding notifications to applicable staff.Interpret and apply federal and state rules and laws as they apply to the position duties.Assist in developing agency financial-related policies for using state and federal policies and best practices.QualificationsFor detailed information on how we calculate experience, please visit our .Required Qualifications:Seven (7) years of experience and/or education as described below:Experience in two or more of the following areas:
- Conducting research
- Analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations
- Conducting business analysis and developing requirements
- Leading business projects
- Managing business operations
- Business policy development
- Supervision
- 7 years of experience.
- 6 years of experience AND 30-59 semester or 45-89 quarter college credits.
- 5 years of experience AND 60-89 semester or 90-134 quarter college credits (Associate's degree).
- 4 years of experience AND 90-119 semester or 135-179 quarter college credits.
- 3 years of experience AND a Bachelor's degree.
- 1 years of experience AND a Master's degree.
