POSITION SUMMARY: The Outpatient Services Manager for Respiratory Care is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical quality, and administrative functions of outpatient respiratory therapy services. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care in accordance with regulatory guidelines and best clinical practices. The manager leads a team of respiratory therapists and support staff while coordinating closely with physicians, administrative leaders, and other departments to optimize service delivery.REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Respiratory Therapy
4 years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist
2 years of Supervisory experience
Certified Respiratory Therapist through NBRC
Registered Respiratory Therapist through NBRC
BLSP, ACLS & PALS Certifications through the American Heart Association
