Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in enterprise implementation project management including the ability to manage multiple medium-sized projects concurrently, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality results within established timelines and budgets leveraging project management modules and resource utilization points. Experience working on healthcare-related IT projects is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of remote and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams of analysts, and other IT professionals. Ensure team members are clear on tasks, deadlines, and project goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that all projects are completed with minimal disruption.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project completion within budget and timeline.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of project management experience in enterprise application implementation and deployment. Experience with healthcare-related IT projects is a plus.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, CAPM, or relevant certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, ASANA, Connectwise, and Salesforce. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Location: Prefer a hybrid schedule in Pittsburgh, PA; can be remote
