  • Be a resourceful problem-solver—source parts, supplies, and repair necessities independently.
  • Bring your technical prowess to multiple machining tasks including lathe, drill press, and grinder operations, with opportunities for welding tasks as well.
  • Ensure order and efficiency in your workspace by following 5S standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on processes, outcomes, and cost savings.
  • Keep our systems and your skills sharp—update records and engage in technical self-study for career advancement.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve control systems issues like a pro, utilizing predictive maintenance technologies for insightful data collection.
  • Empower the team by guiding fellow technicians and demonstrating leadership in smaller team settings.
  • Champion safety by adhering to all policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines. Promote situational awareness and prevent unsafe conditions.
Your Expertise
  • Have you completed your high school diploma or GED? Even better, bring an associate degree with a technical focus and 3+ years in the industry—or equivalent experience.
  • Adept in understanding and repairing electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems? You’re the perfect fit!

Work EnvironmentYour role involves standing, walking, handling tools, reaching, climbing ladders, or maneuvering cranes. Occasionally lift over 50 lbs and wear protective gear for safety in noisy, factory settings.Skills You’ll Bring:
