Lead on technical analysis, design, implementation of company’s product offerings.
Develop, manage, and implement technical solutions in collaboration with members of cross-functional teams and SMEs in the Oil and Gas industry.
Maintaining existing implementations and conducting internal R&D initiatives.
Create scripts to cleanup, validate, transform and load data, ETL.
Develop interfaces to facilitate integration between applications.
Ability to adapt existing experience to any new technologies and practices that may be in use at the customer location.
Create and deploy custom reports.
Participate in client and user training.
Communicate with clients and the rest of the team (oral, written and visual).
Understand the business needs and offer technical solutions within our platform.
Troubleshoot application issues and resolve with data, configuration, or code fixes.
Mentor and knowledge transfer to other members of the team.

Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or technical equivalent plus 5+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or technical equivalent plus 5+ years of related experience.
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with focus on custom implementations.
Strong development experience with C# with at least 3 years of development.
Experience with Web Services, API, Interface design and implementation of secure communication architecture.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
2+ years of experience as Lead on Projects Implementation.
Strong experience with WPF and WCF
Knowledge of internet-based systems including experience developing web-based applications
Experience gathering requirements, designing and developing integrations.
Experience with deploying web applications on Windows Server, IIS configuration
Experience with C#, .NET, HTML, JavaScript, XML and/or other programming languages and tools.
Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle or other RDBMS development
Flexible & versatile technical & soft skills.
Comfortable adapting existing experience to new environments
