Extensive experience in IT Desktop Support.
Proficiency in handling laptop refreshes and assignment of new laptops.
Strong ability to close tickets within defined SLAs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and contractors at any level.
Focused on defect reduction and quality of services.
Experience in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Onsite Support Services.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with multi-stakeholder management.
Project management skills for software/hardware rollouts and refresh items.
Experience in installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end-user workstations/laptops.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assign and configure laptops, and refresh aged laptops.
Meet SLAs for incoming tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders as needed to ensure service delivery.
Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or emails regarding issues.
