- Perform remote vibration analysis on rotating equipment and other critical assets.
- Configure and optimize vibration monitoring systems, including integration with platforms like Senseye.
- Analyze vibration data to detect faults such as imbalance, misalignment, bearing wear, and resonance.
- Generate detailed reports and actionable recommendations for maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure effective monitoring strategies and system performance.
- Troubleshoot data acquisition and connectivity issues.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and client personnel.
- Stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies in vibration analysis.
- Level 2 Vibration Certification (e.g., ISO 18436-2 or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in vibration analysis and condition monitoring.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring platforms (Senseye preferred).
- Strong understanding of rotating machinery and failure modes.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and sensors (accelerometers, velocity probes, etc.).
- Proficiency in vibration analysis software (e.g., XTools, Senseye).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Level 3 Vibration Certification or other reliability certifications (e.g., CRL, CMRP).
- Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or heavy industry.
- Knowledge of other condition monitoring techniques (ultrasound, thermography, oil analysis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data integration tools.

The pay range for this position is $89,670 - $153,720 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary.
