- Install and service HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Interpret technical drawings, installation manuals, and manufacturer specifications with precision.
- Layout, measure, and assemble ductwork and piping systems efficiently.
- Conduct system start-up, testing, and commissioning to ensure superior performance.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, local codes, and company standards.
- Maintain clean and safe job sites and vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members.
- Complete job-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Mentor apprentices and contribute to team training initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing safety and technical training programs.
- Preferably 2+ years of HVAC installation experience; entry-level candidates may be considered for apprenticeship roles.
- EPA Section 608 Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Capability to lift over 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with HVAC tools and installation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service abilities.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- NATE certification or other industry-recognized credentials.
- Experience with both residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Sheet metal fabrication skills.
