You'll work alongside a supportive team and share call responsibilities with fellow providers.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to Outpatient OB/GYN care in a modern clinic settingSurgical procedures and deliveries at affiliated facilitiesShared on-call responsibilitiesMaintaining 12-month case logs for credentialingTimely completion of charts and prompt in-basket management (e.g., test results, messages, refill requests) per clinic policyEducation & Certifications:MD or DO from accredited institutionCompletion of ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residencyBoard Certified or Eligible in OB/GYNActive or eligible Wyoming licenseBLS and ACLS required; NRP preferredExperience & Skills:2+ years post-residency preferred (new grads welcome)Strong clinical and surgical acumenExcellent communication and team collaborationEMR proficiency and patient-first mindsetCompensation & Benefits Package:Base Salary: $300,000- $475,000 annuallySign-On Bonus: $30,000Relocation Assistance ProvidedHealth Insurance: Employer-paid premiums, low deductibleAdditional Insurance: Disability, Life, Cancer, Accident, Hospital Indemnity401(k): 6% Employer MatchGenerous Time Off:6 Weeks PTO6 Paid Holidays7 Sick DaysCME: $5,000 annual allowance + 5 CME daysMalpractice Insurance: Employer-paid ($1M/$3M coverage)
