Description :The Account Manager – Fision Work is the primary owner of a portfolio of clients, builds strong and lasting relationships and acts as the client’s advocate. The goal of this role is to increase customer satisfaction, retention and renewal of accounts, assist with billing explanations, resolve all concerns impacting invoicing, handle collections efforts (when necessary), manage day-to-day requests and be the primary communicator of opportunities & challenges for your accounts.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop deeper relationships with clients and act as their primary contact with Hotwire Communications.
  • Promotes renewal, upgrade & retention options within the suite of products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
  • Conduct product training by phone or on site at Hotwire facility with clients as needed.
  • Lead the contract renewal presentation process for all assigned accounts.
  • Establish and develop appropriate business relationship with business owners and IT staff in order to gain referrals to other businesses.
  • Partner with legal, engineering, marketing, technical operations, customer service, and other functional departments to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction for all customer requests.
  • Attend and/or set up local/national trade shows and events, when needed.
  • Stays up-to-date of new telecom trends, brand standards and competition to best position Hotwire in the marketplace.
  • Provide billing explanations, resolve all concerns impacting the invoicing of your clients, and handle collections efforts (when necessary).
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Telecommunications or Client Relations experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-discipline and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environment
  • Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends as necessary
  • Proficiency in Sales Force, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook required
