Aquarion Water Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eversource.Job SummaryThis role is focused on overseeing the overall functional and technical aspects of our Internet and Intranet websites. The Technical Lead executes projects and enhancements, liaison’s with the Business and our contracted vendors, to ensure all sites adhere to standards (compliance, accessibility, etc). Responsibility include monitoring website and intranet analytics to track performance and user engagement.Principal Responsibilities
Perform technical management of the Websites and Intranet applications and services
Act as a liaison between IT, Business SME’s, and our vendor service delivery partner(s)
Escalate problems to contract IT vendor/partners for corrections, log/tracking, and maintenance
Participate in the monitoring and maint/support of all the Websites and Intranet applications
Plan and execute system enhancements and key projects & initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for operational support and project delivery
Drive security compliance and usability analytics, including SEO, ADA/WCAG regulatory compliance
Preferred Requirements
3-5 years of work experience with websites and intranet platforms
Ability to identify problems, fault isolate, and formulate solutions
Project management knowledge and practical experience
Strong analytical skills, ability to conceptualize, analyze, and take action
Experience managing vendors and the subscribed IT services
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of Sitefinity, Hubspot, Authorize.net, SharePoint Online and Google Analytics
Familiarity with multilingual versioning and translation management
