- Design, implement, and evaluate PagerDuty's global benefits programs, encompassing health and welfare benefits, life work/wellness, leave management, and retirement benefits.
- Collaborate with PLT and senior leadership to align programs with organizational strategic objectives and ensure compliance with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide oversight and strategic direction for the Benefits Service Delivery Partner team, ensuring timely resolution of 2nd tier employee benefit inquiries, strategic benefit communication initiatives, and collaborative partnerships.
- Develop functional strategies and specific objectives for the team.
- Utilize market data surveys and industry networking to evaluate trends and maintain market competitiveness of all benefits offerings.
- Lead the development and management of program budgets for assigned areas.
- Uphold the benefits philosophy, ensuring equity, and offerings alignment with company values and market standards.
- Provide consultation and serve as a resource to leadership, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting on benefits programs, policies, and practices.
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on managing Benefits functions for a global organization, including at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management, or related field required, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to manage performance, develop insights, and support decision-making.
- Global benefits and regulations knowledge in various countries, ideally countries such as the United States, Canada, Portugal, Chile, the UK, and Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement total reward programs in a dynamic, fast-growth, high tech or SaaS environment.
- Preferred certifications such as Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence leadership and collaborate effectively across functions.
