- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
- Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
- Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding site-specific security-related requirements.
- Support emergency response efforts and assist with evacuations or other procedures as directed by site management or Allied Universal leadership.
- Availability across various days and shifts

- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
