We celebrate diversity and inclusion and engage a variety of partners to support our students academically, socially, emotionally, and culturally.Enterprise Charter School is seeking talented and creative special teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering instruction to students in a particular discipline (such as music, theater, dance, art or physical education). As part of our specials department, this team member will lead engaging classes, contribute to student performances, and support the holistic growth of our students. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience teaching in their preferred content area as well as teacher certification.SCHOOL-WIDE COMPETENCIES:

- Remaining empathetic to students' previous experiences and, at the same time, holding our students to high expectations.
- Creating a positive, safe and collaborative classroom environment for students.
- Continuously strengthening their classroom community by investing students and families in our school values.
- Attending all required meetings to ensure strong schoolwide communication and professional development.
- Participating in meetings with their coach to support their development, including observation and feedback meetings and planning meetings.
- Collaborating with coaches and peers to share best practices and build a strong adult culture.
- Adjusting instruction as needed to meet the unique needs of our students, including by adjusting to support the different learning styles and academic readiness of their students.

- Participating in whole school events and home visits to help build strong trusting relationships with students and their families
