ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Colton Kantola State Farm is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a Sales Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.   • Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
  • Conduct at least 80 customer contacts per day through multiple communication channels
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new households to expand our client base
  • Present insurance products and services tailored to customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Grow the book of business through acquiring new households
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of customer contacts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Compensation:
  • Salary of $27,500
  • Opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on sales
