- Assist walk-in riders and call-in customers by helping them identify the right parts, accessories, and upgrades for their Harley-Davidson.
- Support Service Technicians and Advisors with accurate, timely parts requests to keep jobs moving smoothly.
- Recommend related parts or accessories to enhance the rider’s experience and the bike’s performance.
- Keep parts and accessories displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing to showcase the best of Harley-Davidson.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately - cash, card, or catalog look-ups - with a professional, friendly approach.
- Maintain accurate records, help with inventories, and ensure the department stays clean, organized, and efficient.
- Stay connected with customers by pointing out specials, new arrivals, and promotions.
- Represent the dealership brand with a positive, approachable, and customer-focused attitude every time.
- Experience with point-of-sale and inventory software (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Knowledge of motorcycle parts and mechanics - especially Harley-Davidson - or the willingness and drive to learn.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while keeping each rider’s experience personal.
- Comfort with physical demands: standing for long periods, occasional bending/lifting up to 40 lbs., and moving through a busy shop environment.
- Professional appearance and organizational skills that reflect pride in the Harley-Davidson brand.
