- Assist experienced engineers in DC/RF test, measurement, and data analysis
- Document existing process control modules (PCM) and their characterization focus
- Improve monitoring of critical inline process monitors.
- Supporting Fab operations by maintaining and improving Yield web reports
- Analysis and correlation of test data to fabrication process
- Developing and improving semiconductor fabrication flows and processes, in some cases
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong data analysis skills (statistic based arguments)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Spotfire, SharePoint, CAD preferred
- Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
