- Develop and implement a strategic plan to promulgate and support growth.

- Build out the sales organization by identifying and building strong relationships with key contacts such as customers, prospects, and strategic partners to support growth.
- Lead company’s operations in conjunction with Chairman/CEO & to ensure alignment with strategic growth, efficiencies and accountabilities.
- Overall responsibility for product quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring integrity of solutions.
- Assess risk to current company operations and future growth through analysis of financial performance, market conditions etc.
- Grow the enterprise value of the company with an eye towards building future market value.

- 10-15 years of experience leading a small to mid-size global technology.
- MBA preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success growing market share and revenue through leading a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience setting and communicating company mission and vision to inspire action and achievement of strategic goals.
- Experience managing sales, engineering and finance teams required.
- Demonstrated success implementing a strategic growth plan, annual operating plan, and annual budgets to drive company’s financial performance.
- Demonstrated P&L achievement.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills with a focus on with the ability to gain buy-in and lead a team towards achieving strategic goals.
- Experience in the technology industry along with passion for technology and innovation required.
- International business experience preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
- Ability for foreign travel up to 10% of the time (United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia).
