Senior Investment Analyst will work alongside of the CIO of the firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in research, deal execution, due diligence, and deal sourcing / origination. This role will focus on either growth equity or private credit investing in the tech sector.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on private market investment opportunities, including growth equity, private credit, and venture capital.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify attractive opportunities and potential risks.
  • Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to assess the feasibility and potential returns of prospective investments.
  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the CIO to support investment decision-making and portfolio management activities.
  • Monitor and track portfolio performance, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting private markets.

  • 4+ years of experience with a mix of investment banking and buy side experience. Must have experience with investments into the technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant financial analysis tools.
Our client is an investment firm located in San Francisco. The firm focuses on both growth equity and private credit investing and is growing at a rapid rate. This role is 5 days a week in office.150-200k base + annual cash bonus in the ball park of 275-325k
