- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing and maintaining effective inventory control and storage measures.
- Provide daily leadership, supervision, and support to the warehouse team to ensure all orders—standard, rush, and special projects—are completed accurately and on time.
- Assess team structure, recommend process improvements, and implement necessary changes.
- Deliver real-time coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
- Partner with Accounting and Merchandising to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with Account Management on project planning, quoting, and communication.
- Coordinate large-scale shipments and pickups with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Provide input to IT for system enhancements and process efficiencies.
- Oversee special projects, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with WMS systems/software
- Experience working with FedEx, UPS, and USPS Shipping systems.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus.
- Valid Forklift License with a minimum of 1 year of experience
