- Direct involvement in revenue-critical functions for a team with high visibility from senior management.
- Track, organize, and maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of current and prospective deals/transactions, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Keep track of data related to current and prospective deals, coordinating closely with Fitch's finance team to ensure proper and timely invoicing. Prepare summaries related to business growth, revenue growth, and prospective deals at a moment's notice for senior management.
- Coordinate with Fitch's finance team to process associated billing and ensure proper revenue management. This area is critical and will have high visibility directly from senior management.
- Manage and organize data within MS Excel and other tools/dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in creating and maintaining templates for recurring reports to senior management.
- Prepare commercial agreement documents, proactively monitor deal status and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to move opportunities forward.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and maintaining data in internal systems at the direction of senior BRMs.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency of data and revenue management.
- Relevant university degree, preferably in a business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related field.
- Exceptional skills directly related to data management, accounting and invoicing/revenue management. Proven experience managing transaction pipelines and accounting/revenue management is preferred. High attention to detail is required.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., lookups/index/pivot tables/macros/shortcuts) with ability to organize and manage large volumes of information and use this to generate summary reports for senior management, often on short notice.
- Self-starter with strong time management and advanced organizational skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills to prepare presentations for senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deal-driven work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with key internal/external stakeholders, and the desire to grow into a market-facing role over time.
- Candidate should be a proactive “self-starter” who is comfortable with direct responsibility for critical tasks and accountability to the senior team.
- Ability to organize and prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with private equity/credit markets and/or experience in the funds industry
- Demonstrated experience managing a large client base or pipeline, with responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
- Prior knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Clear ambition to develop market-facing skills and advance into a client-facing role
