
Marketing Coordinator

- Lead the coordination and production of high-quality proposals and interview materials, including document management, technical writing, editing narrative, gathering images, proposal layout, and coordinating sub-consultant information
- Lead the organized collection, vetting, storage and maintenance of marketing information (such as personnel resumes, project org charts, headshots, photography, etc.)
- Organize and lead proposal kick-off and other review meetings both virtually and in-office
- Ensure timely proposal deliverables by managing self and other members of proposal team, including monitoring progress, and managing the proposal process and schedule
- Maintain marketing files and databases
- Champion social media efforts across multiple platforms
- Develop unique events/conference material/collateral material
- Stay actively involved in professional marketing/graphics/communications organizations
- Provide support and excellent client service to other areas of the company
- Additional duties as assigned
- Strong skills in time management, organizing, researching, proofreading, writing and editing
- Ability to plan, multi-task, track progress toward deliverables, and meet tight deadlines
- Skills to organize meetings, supporting meeting facilitation and note taking to collect information
- Experience developing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Database management, presentation development and preparation
- Data entry skills
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals

- Other skills that would be great to have but aren’t required include:
- Experience in proposal planning and coordination
- Experience in document layout and production experience
- Knowledge of the AEC industry and construction project fundamentals
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, or similar
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign (additional Creative Cloud experience a plus)
